This is my 97 Cobra which has undergone a complete 03 Cobra conversion. It isn't a Saleen...I just like the decals! 
Personally I have installed the 03 Cobra components myself which includes:
- Terminator motor and T56 Transmission
- Complete wiring harness and PCM
- Complete dash but reused my black dash cover
- Complete fuel system from front to rear
- Complete ABS from front to rear (I now have traction control on solid axle)
- Complete AC system
- Complete interior from 04 Cobra
- All front suspension and steering rack
- Lightning Force heat exchanger
- JLT air intake
- Bassani Catted X-Pipe
- Magnaflow Mufflers w/side exit Exhaust
- Stiegemeier Stage IV Ported Eaton
- Billetflow 2.76 Redfire Pulley
- UPR Aluminum Auxillary Idler
- Black Motoblue 100mm Idlers
- Diablosport Tuner
- Kenwood Exceleron Touch-Screen DVD Player
Since my 97 is lighter than most 03 Cobras (no IRS) I have no problem running them down.
