It saddens me to pass along that Tim (Gunner_501) passed away last week.

May you be in a better place and have a fantastic time with all the Mustangs.

RIP buddy and lifelong friend.

Well since the last time I posted up here I have been plenty busy.  I have finally got my 86' up and running again. As you can see from the pics I have uploaded I rebuilt my engine and got a lot of new goodies. The list can be viewed on my mods page.  I should be almost done breaking in the engine and getting ready to throw the supercharger on.  I have upgraded my old Paxton SN92 to a Novi 1000 and doing all the tuning myself. Hopefully I will be able to hit the 425 mark easily.

Other than that, I also have a new addition to my family and it isn't another mustang. My second child was born on the 6th, my son.  I have a lot of work ahead of me now.

Re-post for rollcage pads-n-covers

How many of you are driving around naked??

I'm talking about your rollcages.... it can hurt sometimes...getting in and out...smacking your boney knees into them....or those times working around them...and you pop your head up too fast only for your noggin to meet pain in an eyeflashing vertigo! Soon after...your most prized tools are tossed across the shop...holes appear in walls...glass broken....people nearby running for their own safety as you scream new profanity in alien tongues!!!...and why??? because you think it's cool to be naked... Stop the madness I say and cover up! It saves your tools...your walls...your glass...and most of all your sanity...

TSC has custom covers in virtually any size and color to match your vehicle's rollcage....Made of ultra lightweight poly foam wrapped in durable waterproof marine vinyl...installs in mere minutes...and greatly enhances the overall look and finishing touches on your pride and joy.

Wow, I actually found some NOS (New Old Stock) Saleen rims on Ebay... literally, UNTOUCHED..

Look at the nice shipping setup they had, little bonnet over the edges to keep from rubbing on box, and a plastic piece ontop of that!!

Just Got a 1969 Boss 302 (no pics yet)

Been working on my third novel in my "Immortal Relations" Series and I have a Book Signing tomorrow afternoon at Hastings Books here in Abilene for books one and two of the series! I jut bought a 1969 Boss 302 that has an engine problem, but is otherwise pretty straight. Trying to decide if I want to just do a mild rebuild to keep it stock, stroke it out, or pull the Boss 302 and drop in a Boss 429 I can get or go ape and do a TurboCharged Coyote Motor in it. No pictures yet but will post them as "car #3 on the site when I can (I posted a few of the Studebaker pickup we were working on but been too busy to finish it - it has the 289 stroked to 332 from my 66 'Stang before we put the Dart Iron-Eagle in her). Probably finish it this Summer after my third book is published.
