Opinions on Manual Valve Bodies for a 4R70w

Any recommendations on a manual valve body for 4R70W?

I have been looking at Lentech, PA and Silverfox.

Brad at Bradco has only had one experience with Silverfox and it wasn't good. Brad suggested either Lentech or PA.

I'm leaning towards the Lentech, but wanted to know if anyone has any experience with the PA unit.

I've got a custom built VB in my 4R70W, but prior to my build I'd found nearly nothing but good things about both Lentech and PA. Baumann is another one that had high praise everywhere I looked.

yeah, those two are in the running, but I have also heard good things about Freddie Brown Transmissions. Who built your custom piece?

Broader Performance out of Texas. Built my whole transmission setup. Now that I think about it, the VB may hold Baumann electronics in it and it was the converter that was built in-house. I'd have to dig out the paperwork to be sure, it's been so long and I'm forgetful.

The website would be www.broaderperformence.com. Before I did my build I talked w/the owner (Jay) at length about possibilities, my goals, my build, etc.

You could also head over to clickclickracing.com and get some insight over ther (this is where I got the recommendation for Broader, BTW). If you haven't heard of it before it's a site devoted to automatic transmission racing/performance.

lol......I have been talking to dan aka sliverfox.........he is the owner of clickclick.

He actually recommended a competior's valvebody since he doesn't have a manual valve body with a transbrake.

I'm pretty sure he's the one who recommended Broader Performence to me - haha.
