My first burn out comp.

The Motor is blown.

Well what was thought to be an exhaust leak, turned out to be a rod bearing that went out.  After further review the main bearings were oversized when the motor was rebuilt which caused the oil to slip through, causing premature wear on everything else to include the low oil pressure after the rebuild.  The rebuilt motor had roughly 900 miles on it or so.  The yellow stang is being halled away to the garage tommorow, to get a Jasper Motor, with some more punch.  Total price out the door will be around 3700.00.  I only paid 3200 for the car.  Lol, oh well Merry Christmas to me.  I suppose it could be worse.  I could be replacing a motor in an IMPORT.

The original owner rebuilt the motor, then I bought the car from him. I got the car right before I left for the middle east.  So now that I have been home now for about three weeks, and 12 of those days the car has been down to replace the oil pump and other shit.  I have driven the car maybe 15 times tops, Since I have had it.  Oh well what can you do.
