First time at the strip!

OK, I took the Sinister Stang to the strip at Orlando Speed World and ran the 1/4 mile for the first time. I ran a 14.17 @ 102.96 mph. I was wondering if any of you can give me some advice on how to better my reaction time and keep the tires from spinning. I'm sure the car can run at least a 13.7. Thanks.

flutter the gas if you start to get squirly never shift early nor hit the BRAKES! like if you go to my website i have at least 60 racing videos on there and thats the 1/8 where timing is everything but its a shitty track some my times arent the great fastest 60 foot is like 1.9 and fastest time is like 8.5 something mph around 82-84 and thats in a parking lot track "qualcom" but its cheap and is a good program called racelegal

I was told to rev up to between 2500 and 3000 rpm and dump the clutch. Then came the spin of course.
