So far, i've got the longblock complete except for installing the new valve springs and the MPH cams. The motor is in the car for mocking up the turbo kit and checking clearance with the headers and the car structure. i've changed SOOO much about this car, that my first friend who saw the car after i dropped the motor in didn't even believe it was my car LOL.
Its getting a Single T-70 turbo (for now) and about 22psi of boost. I'm looking for about 700-800rwhp, and this is MY DAILY DRIVER! yes.. you heard that right, i'm one crazy SOB lol The plans for the car, besides being a dyno queen b/c of the stock tranny and rearend, will be to eventually put a Pro-motion T-45, 31spline rearedn and start getting into a good all around car. Something i can have fun with at the dragstrip, but go tearup the corners when i want to. And when i really wanna have fun, i'm going to get back into drifting and this should have all the power in the world needed for that.
So after 2 months w/o my car i'm going thru serious withdrawals and am ready to be done, but i'm still about $1400 short of getting everything needed to finish it, all these little $30 and $60 parts are killing me.. The 2 biggest purchases still left are the injectors and clutch.
Ohh, and BTW, if anyone needs or wants a set of CompCams valve springs for a 4.6, i've got a set of 16 w/ about 7k miles on them since new for $100 SHIPPED! someone buy them, please!
