I live in an apt so i cant lock mine up inside and last spring a had break off my drivers side mirror in the middle of the night during spring break weekend, people need to learn respect for others and their property,  but this unfortunitly is the world we live in, and can only be changed by us, if you turn a blind eye to it you condone the act.  things like this start small and take time to build into larger crimes -spotted early more violent acts can be prevented. anyway thats just my .02.
