Info

This is more information on my Mustang. It was built on January 27,1967. Was bought on February 18,1967. 1 day before my birthday(I was born in 92 though).

Is all #s matching. Has traveled North and South. It started off coming from the factory in Metuchen and went to Jacksonville, it stayed there for some time and then went off again. Later it was bought by a man in Michigan, then by another man in Birmigham Alabama. Finally I bought it in May of 2007 from the people in Birmingham.

Was going to keep it all stock but I couldn't let the car go unmodded with it sitting in our driveway. So the first mod was a cherrybomb muffler. Got this for Christmas from my Grandparents. Then i got a Sony cd player from my parents for Christmas. Next was a R-Model Front Valance that i bought new from Virginia Classic Mustang. Finally was a Front Spoiler that i bought off of Ebay. The guy in Michigan had put a Sony cd player in but took it out when he sold it. So it still had 2 Cerwin Vega 6x9s.

In the Future

In the future I am planning to do a complete exterior and interior redo. Going to hopefully do a full rebuild once we get our new garage built. Waiting on getting a fox body 4 banger to drive while the mustang is apart. Gauges, T-5, and either a turbocharger or sc will be added.

First Plaque
Finally after 3 other times trying the mustang has finally won a plaque. Saturday May 17th, 2008 the mustang won 3rd place in the Mustangs 64-78 division.

I remember my first car, a '70 Dodge Charger that I bought when I was 14 back in '79. It was only 9 years old but rust took its toll. You got a great starting point that will keep you busy for years to come. Rice burners make great winter cars. American iron rules.....Keith
