Gorgeous car! The project turned out beautifully. Very cool that you are freinds with Jeff Gibson, next time you see him tell him that I have played on his axes since I was 18 and thank you for a great product.
I ranked your ride. Good work you have done. It's sure is fun to have such a love of mustangs. Keep up the drive and make lots of memories with it.Your friend,(RED ROUSH WA)
Welcome to the club. You have done some fine work on that Shelby. Hope you get a chance soon to post some more pics because you are a prome candidate for the car show .. got ya ranked high
Brother....i feel your pain....i looked at ALL your pix...we had just about the same exact project....if you look at mine...I bet you a beer you'll say the same....despite the cost...i'm sure it was still exciting to you?....when i saw the Shelby Hertz GT...i had to have it!..but i already had a regular GT...so...all I did was go to the Shelbyautos.com site...and bought all the parts...Then slapped a Kenne Bell SC on it...this car runs 12's on 20 inch street tires spinning half way down the track...scares the living crap out of me!!! But the important thing here is this....I can't move 3 feet in that car without somebody stopping for a pic...or a ride...or asking if im single...I'm sure you get the same thing...
Gave ya a dime
I checked out your webpage & 1hotpony & all I could think of is at least Im not the only one who started with a perfectly good car & turned it into a rarely driven, afraid it may get damaged or stolen, paranoid to take it anywhere vehicle. This isnt my first time to do that but I have never done it to a new car before. I have respect for anyone who can tie up 50K or more in a car that will only leave the garage on special days. Luckilly I have had a daily driver most of my life because the pretty car stayed in the garage under a cover. This trend started when I was 18 & has been the norm for 25 years. Keith
