B/F's 90 GT

updated: May 24th 2007 @ 08:32 PM

Drove to Omaha and got this 90 GT, it needed a little work but nothing major.

The bra is gone now and the complete GT kit is on there.  When we got it there was only carpet and 2 racing seats in it.  But we completed the interior and got rid of the racing seats.

It had an Explorer type intake setup on it, but after bringing it home and looking at it in the daylight and inspecting the motor better.  The upper was cracked and one ear was broken off of it, not to mention having a locked  up oil pump in it.  When the B/F took the oil drive rod out it looked just like a drill bit.

I think it looks pretty good now.  The only bad thing about it is it's a factory automatic instead of 5 speed.  But if we keep it we'll put a T-5 in it.

More recent pics to follow.

Goodyear Stores and most mechanic's shops will normally be able to mounting and balancing, but you can probably do some moderate driving until you get it done if it doesn't "bounce" too much...just get it done soon.

Big Ten or FireStone should be open.
