Part I have Chromed

updated: Jul 17th 2005 @ 11:47 PM
AS part of our business www.905customs.com we do all kinds of custom stuff, from powdercoating to polishing to carbon fiber work and now CHROMING. This chroming is a NEW TECHNOLOGY, its not real chrome, and its not vacuum chroming, its called SPRAY CHROMING, and its just as durable as OEM automotive paint. It looks and feels JUST LIKE CHROME, it even conducts electricity like chrome, but unlike real chrome this stuff WON'T RUST. Also this stuff can be topcaoted with tinted colors to produce amazing candy colors.

Here is a taste of what we have done, we onyl just got the machine so we haven't done many parts yet. Check out our website at www.905customs.com

Thanks to all who gave me advise on what to do with the sensor. Apparently it worked. The check engine light has not come on at all. I even bought the Chilton Manual to make sure I did everything right. Thanks everyone.

Hey Fro,

I need some help with a little problem I have. My check engine light came on, and I ran diagnostics on it and it came back with P0401. So I replaced the EGR Valve and found out that wasn't the problem. Now I get a P0402 and I think I have it narrowed down to the pressure sensor but I need some one to confirm that for me. What do you think?

Dennis

If you've already done the EGR valve, the DPFE pressure sensor is the next likely culprit
