This is what caused me to get a new engine. This a cam bearing that is totally shot.
Here is the forged rotating assy in the current engine. Consists of Wiseco Pistons, Eagle Rods and a shot peened crank.
Mac Long Tube headers and ARP head studs to secure a tight fit.

Here is the bottom of the built engine. This is a 2001 block that has more webbing, girdle and windage tray that my 97 block lacked.
Top of the engine, here you see the engine has glytaled, along with torque plate honed, balanced and a Cam thrust roller bearing installed.
