Under the Car

updated: Nov 3rd 2006 @ 01:04 AM
Here are some pics of under the car and suspension work.

Here you see my rear stab bar, axle brace and rear end girdle.

Moser 28 spline axles.

The 3" pipes, X-pipe and aluminum driveshaft.

Bottom of the Long tube headers and TCI Deep trans pan.

Tokico strut and shocks.

Oil pan and a good Motorcraft Filter

Metco Driveshaft safety loop, nothing but the best here.

H&R Springs on all four corners.

One of the dumps I have

AJE Tubular A-Arms

Closer look at the rear stab.

Close up of the axle brace.  I went with this cause no one around me had a jig to weld the axle tubes together.

Close up of the Mac girdle.

I have Tokico D-spec adjustable shocks and struts installed.  These are new and I love them.

Have Hotchkis Caster and Camber Plates.

Also upgraded the rotors, lines and calipers.  The 97 mustang only has a single piston caliper, the 99+ have dual piston calipers.  Need to stop better with the addtional horsepower.

Pic of the subframes.

Hey folks, I was wondering if someone out there with an 88-93 Fox convertible could do me a favor.  I am looking for a picture of the of the ‘A’ pillar post window weather strip showing the weather strip and inside trim molding (the molding on the inside of the pillar post) and another detail picture of where the pillar post molding meets the door seal molding.  I am redoing this and need an example – my car was repaired long before I purchased it and they kind of did a ‘custom’ job on this area.  I want it to be right this time.

Thanks,

Tim

I appreciate the offer but I am trying to get this wrapped up for a show this weekend so not time for a visit.  I think I have my anser though.  Found out the re-man parts are different than stock.  Not the best answer for originality but it will work.  Thanks for the offer.
