-20% 3M Window Tint all around
-pinstripe deleted
-16" Polished Cobra R wheels
-245/50 out back 225/55 up front
-and of course painted the brakes and etc..
This is an area that I have put off any work on due to the fact that I had so many drivetrain projects and did not want scuff up fresh paint. Now that the engine is done hopefully we will see a few changes here in the coming weeks and months...

Well this was one of the car's big weak areas from day one.
The needs and Goals
well where to start. The paint was shot on all upper surfaces though the sides are still in good shape. All of the weather stripping will need to be replaced and all of the trim painted or replaced. As you may notice this car is not going dragster, nor is it just getting repaired. In short it will be a very clean and slightly overpowered regular driver for me.
Here are a few pics from day 1 and some of the cosmetic issues to address untill paint can be budgeted. All of the black trim is just oxidized to hell as well as the lights. Then there is the hood. The paint is just trashed, at least the white spot cleaned off with a bit of Mothers back to black of all products lol.
To date:
All that has been done for aesthetic appeal or body work is a whole lot of touch ups and detailing.
-Windows tinted @20%
-Pinstripe was covered with satin black. I tried to remove it, but the paint underneath was a much bigger color change than the black

Grrr....ever changed them lovely door hinge bushings? Well it sucks! Two days to do them all, but they are nice and free swingin now

Been ignoring the body for the most part in interest oif other areas... but 250 on craigslist and I got a nice set of wheels. Not exactly what I wanted but ya can;t beat the deal.
