I upgraded the Saleen brakes up front with the 2000 Saleen/Brembo 4 piston 13" kit. This involved changing the spindles to 94/95 Mustang spindles. Not a hard job to do actually and the difference in braking is amazing. The rear brakes are original Saleen brakes with Hawk Pads and slotted and cross drilled rotors. The wheels are 3 piece STERNS. 17"x8" up front and 17"x9" in the rear. These wheels were offered on only 14 Saleens originally. They offered them in their catalogue for sale but have since discontinued them. I was fortunate enough to make friends with a service man that found me a set over seas. I purchased them for an unbelievable deal and they compliment the car considerably I think.  As the front brakes are 13" the original basketweave 16" wheels wouldn't do at all so these were my only choice as far as I was concerned. They are the most saught after wheels in the Saleen world for Foxbody Saleens. I changed the brembo logo to the Saleen logo to match the ones offered by Saleen. I found the brembos at a great deal brand new with the original brembo logo. Saleen wanted a much higher price for the same caliper with the logo change. I figured why pay them to change the logo when I could do it much cheaper and end up with the same brakes for a far less price. Stainless steel brake lines are on all the brakes as well.

All the suspension is original Saleen adjustable Konis and specific rate Saleen springs. A larger front sway bar and racecraft rear LCA help with the cornering. Setting the koni's to full firm makes the car handle like a gocart. Standard on a Saleen is the G load brace and I added a set of subframe connectors to help with the stiffening even more.

Rear end gears are Saleen optional 3.55 in an Auburn differntial.

Hey folks, I was wondering if someone out there with an 88-93 Fox convertible could do me a favor.  I am looking for a picture of the of the ‘A’ pillar post window weather strip showing the weather strip and inside trim molding (the molding on the inside of the pillar post) and another detail picture of where the pillar post molding meets the door seal molding.  I am redoing this and need an example – my car was repaired long before I purchased it and they kind of did a ‘custom’ job on this area.  I want it to be right this time.

Thanks,
