I am looking to replace the enitre exhaust system in the ride.  I am not sure if I want to go with an off road x pipe, in place of one with the cats, due to the fact that the car has to be inspected for state cert, once a year.  The current set up is stock headers, stock h pipe, flowmaster american thunder exhaust.  I was thinking of some bbk shorty headers, and SLP Loud Mouth exhaust.  How loud are these things?  Am I going to be pulled over on a regular basis from the noise police?  I am looking for a good set up that is a bit louder than than the flowmaster 40's i have on there now.  I am on the fence about the x over pipe wether to go with the cats or not.  Thanks  Ryan
