Cold Air kit...Somewhere in the Pacific Ocean!

	503 Views ok, in early march I ordered a Granetelli Cold air kit... The date was pushed from the end of march... to mid april... and now mid june!!!!!! I called summit to find out the deal..since my car needs this part to run again (my 2.3 does not have filter or pipes to run the mass air sensor and 302 engine...) They told me the components were comming from China! I work for a manufacturer and extruder of aluminum...and I know what this means...it was sent by boat! I confronted the customer service girl and she admitted they sent it by sea... What makes these people think we can wait 8-10 weeks for car parts??!!! So; I caved in a bought the BBK...and I moved my order to Jegs so I get 2 day shipping and I'll have it Thursday....I feel better now. The last thing I need is to be waiting for parts I ordered way ahead of time! ..I'm still waiting for my metal jacket spark plug wires...due next week ..and my motor mounts off ebay..they better be here tomorrow or I'm going to lite a fire under someones ass! ok..steam let off, I feel better Check out my updates today...the 2.3 wiring harness is ready to come out..just need to get the 60 pin connector out of the firewall, and I need the engine out my way to do this properly. The engine and tranny should be out by Friday when my dad get the time. I'll be working on some small shit during the week, like the guage cluster, radiator, and throttle cable.
