	479 Views Ive been considering the idea of putting a high compression 5.4 into my stang out of a f150. I know I can get the adaptor plates from riechard racing and the motor mounts are the same. Im going to use pi heads and intake. Is their anything special I need like the egr connection cause the deck height is higher and the intake will sit an inch higher than on the 4.6. Also what exhaust will I need since the heads will also be in a little higher position, anyone, thanks.

“” Rick .. you might want to talk to Thecarphotoguy1 or Tribalstang .. they put a 5.4L motor from a Lincoln in Tribalstang .. they may be able to hook you up with some ideas or aftermarket companies to help you out .. Good Luck Bro

“” The only thing is they did the dohc and Im looking to do the sohc(sleeper)cause I want the torque that the 4.6 cant make. I see that diablosport flash tuners are set up just for deleteing the egr system so that is solved but the only thing I need to figure out is the exhaust. Ill be able to put the 4.6 intake onto it so I know everything will connect there.
