Classification Question/Error

How do these people get classified at all, much less in Lightly Modified?  There  There is no way these cars should have been classified at all.  This is just a few going from the bottom of the lightly modified list.
 
 
Here is a white Roush with no engine pix, but showing interior, wheels, spoiler and Roush bodykit. Engine work is likely to be there  as well and it's ranked as lightly modified. Since when is a roush lightly modified? I am lightly modifed with nothing more than aftermarket exhaust and interior...
 
 
Here's another Roush convertible showing a Blower and he's only Lightly modified. There has got to be some kind of Criteria for his... He has the body kit, paint, wheels, interior, and engine work same as ylwfevr and others and he rates the lightly modified category. I do not understang the process.
 
As others have said, reclassification may be in order or some type of document/picture requirement to get a car classified.  What puts you in what category and what makes you move up in classification?

yeah see im right there with u crimsonblack. i have seen cars that are mod modified that i have more then and im lightly modified. and have seen stock cars lightly modified and highly modded cars in the stock class.
