I have been looking into buying a new Plenum and throttle body for the ride... Of course I am in search of some Bling and performance...  Does anyone have any ideas?  I have been leaning towards the Accufab plenum and TB 75MM... Any ideas?
Help! Thanks...

Seeking for price and performance. An upper plenum and throttle body like a 75mm. If you want bling for bang for the buck I would say professional products polished series. The hp difference may be 1 shy of the accufab but a couple hundred dollars less. Also matches perfect with their polished lower intake that looks great combined
. All together about 750-800 dollars which will give dynoed 23hp to the wheels.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

do NOT even think of the PP line.  the plenum, maybe.  i have one, and lucked out with a nice one...thought i had to modify it a bit to fit......i heard bad things about their TBs.....also the intake manifold is garbage, and will cause a loss in power!!!  Its been proven time and time again...just do a search on sites like corral and modular depot...ive seen people spend hundred in machine work, just to get these to sit flat on the heads.....and ive seen people lose as much as 30 rwhp using thiese intakes.  save your money for the trickflow intake manifold if you ever decide on getting one.  but the stock manifolds are hard to beat performance wise.

the old saying goes...you get what you pay for....

hey, if ya dont believe me, just do the search....or if youd like, id be more then happy pointing out over 100 threads about these.

there is just as many negative comments on the PP stuff as there is patriot heads...now what does that say.  i dont know about you, but when i buy something, i want to read more good reviews then bad.  bottom line with this stuff, is that is not the case.

fact.

I dont like patriot performance, id rather just have stock pi heads port and polished with a set of vt cams.

actually, fox lake are pretty much the best heads.  but patriot uses stock heads...just crap machining.  anywho, my point was, for as many bad complaints there are about patirot (and there are thousands)....there is just as many about PP.

anyway, to get back on topic..PP blows....go accufab or go home LOL.
