NEW: Just recovered my whole sound setup in black vinyl. I think it looks a hundred times better than the carpet. Also sunk and flush mounted the amps underneath the bottom seat delete portion. Much cleaner look I think. Let me know what you guys think. By the way everyone, in case you don't already know... I make rear seat deletes for the 94-04 Mustang Coupes and Convertibles, any model. This is my current sound setup... I did it all myself which is why it is pretty simple. I'm not into fiberglass and all that stuff, but I think it looks pretty clean.
** Kenwood KDC-x959 MP3 Head Unit
** 2 12" Kicker Solo Baric S12d Subs (4ohm) run in parallel
** 1 Kicker DX 760 Mono Amp on Subs
** 1 Kicker ZX 460 4 Channel Amp on Mids/Highs
** 2 Sony Xplod (don't laugh, everyone thinks they are MB's or other high end brand when they listen to it) 6x9 3 ways in rear
** 2 Sony Xplod 6.5" 3 ways up front
** All Stinger wiring 0 Guage off battery
** Enclosures and rear seat delete built by me
A shot of my beauty board covering my 2 sub boxes. I went with solos because I could still use 12's without totally losing my trunk. Man they require such little airspace. I think I made my boxes only .95 cubic feet.
