if it was me its there fault... i would have them pay to repair it... now a days u cant bring your car just to any shop becuase a lot of people dont respect what you have..

It doesnt matter what the excuse is, theyre liable for the damages.

maybe it fell off a rack, but not a jack. that sucks.

I never leave the Mach alone at a shop. in fact where I take it for Oil Changes and Tire Rotations the guys know how I am about my Stang and let me stand right there till they are done. I learned a long time ago, these places think if you leave a car they can drive anywhere they want, so never again.

They shop is going to pay for the damages 100% but they need to file with there insurance but we all know how long that shit takes. I still pissed about it...what a bunch of dumbasses.

thats where brad and 91 work...sorry the fuk it up bro...I stand next to the car the whole time when I get any work done on tires...Discount tire her in clearlake sucks bad about scratching rims....They had to replace rims on my BMW were not cheep...

What a load of crap. At least they are willing to fix it. You need to ride their ass their insurance to get your car fixed as quickly as possible.

You can also see if your insurance company can help you out with putting pressure on them. They could actually fix your car and bill the other insurance - depending on the type of coverage you have.  Something else to check.

i dont believe that shit! aside from the insurance company BS,  i would be looking to kick someones ass! yes thats bit extreme but so is what happened to your car. just cant trust anyone these days. sorry to hear about this & hope it all gets fixed real soon.

Do yourself a favor and get the name of the company he has filed with and the claim number, contact your insurance company for informational purposes only.  Document all conversations with date, time and names.  This way if this guys starts screwing with you, your insurance company can go to bat for ya.  Just a suggestion.
