I'm putting my saleen gauge cluster in my stang; but I think some idiot lights are not working.  We have another fox body but it's a pre air bag car....so  I need help validating something.

Can somone tell me what lights come on and when on a 90-93 stang
1.  key on position but not started yet
   -air bag light?
   -check engine light?

2.  or do they come on at start up?
   

I'm in the final stages adjusting my temp and validating my gas gauge, but I didn't want to button this up  or spend any more time on it if these lights are not working.  I've already swapped them for the bulbs directly out of my old cluster -so I know they work and they do not have polarity either- so if these lights are not working I have a cluster issue.

...and If I have a cluster issue I'm going to transplant the saleen faces and mech speedo into my original cluster that has circuits that are in better shape than the cluster I got used.
