A bit out of the box

Well I finally finished with this years projects Sunday night.  With the new intake taking up more space I tried something a bit different with the nitrous mounting, right on top of the intake.  Here are a couple of quick shots.   I still have to 'clean up' the wires but it is all in and tested.  Not in the photo is an electric fan and as soon as Holcomb gets one in stock a Canton radiator overflow tank.

Ever think about throwing your noids in the fenderwell?

Should be more than enough room in there, and it will definitely clean that up.

Only downside is that your nitrous and fuel lines to your intake will be a bit longer, but I think it would be worth it anyway.

Just no space there right now with the blower and FMU.  The strut tower brace pushes the air discharge tube down far enough the strut tower is out also.  The next big project is injectors and a tune which will remove the FMU and free a spot on the fender well.  I think it looks a bit better than what the photos show.

J not as much as you might think till I get it tuned, I have a small pill in.  The heads and bottum end are all stock but I think it is safe to say I am solidly over 300 rwhp which is what I was after.  Next small project is to get it on a dyno.

When I say inner fenderwell, I mean between the outer fender and the inner fender.  completely hidden from site kinda above the plastic fender liner for the front tire.  This way, all youll have are the lines to the fuel solenoid, and from the nitrous and fuel solenoids to the intake.

Nitrous is legal as long as the bottle is not connected here.
