I think that he gave us all the reason.  As he said, more and more, the voting for things has become just based on who you know, not what you have done or even the car.

Aww... sad but true. I dont do faceoffs or car shows, im just here to share my passion. Only smart people drive stangs, and thats that!

Ok people i understand what your are saying, but if your gonna say drop it and let it go then give me a valid reason why i should drop it and let it go.  I joined this site a few months ago and thought it was great, until my first BS loss to a lesser car.  Thats when my feelings toward this sight started turning south, now i kept my head and i did make some friends and i made some enemies and i have been in good old real car shows with my R and it does win and it wins often.  It should be about the cars and not the people here.  If your best friends with the owner of the sitre great good for you but dont let that sway your process of picking what is a better car.  Judged car shows are gonna be no different becasue the judges are just as biased like they are in judged face offs.  There is no won in this place unless you have been here since the begining or you kiss enough ass to get somewhere.  Its upsetting to see your hard work and time and what you know is something truly special get beat by  a half ass car.  It just dosnt fly with me so i am gonna bow out gracefully and go elsewhere.

But thats my point exactly, how can that car not win a Car SHow here, that is one of the baddest cars here and the most taken car eof cars here and look nothing your right he should be pissed.  But hey different strokes for different folks.

I can tell you why they are leaving ... This is a car sight now a tits and ass sight and we got way to many on here who think cause os who they are ( regardless of there cars ) should win and not cause of what the cars are or how much is dont to there car ..... its not a car sight its a who knows who sight and its said when modded out nice car are beeing beat by barely nothing dont to them cars ...And only cause they got all the votes cause of who they know ..... It should be ablut the cars and now who the person is ......if this isnt suppose to be about the cars then it shouldnt be named a mustang sight ?????????????....how about a beauty contest instead ??????

I guess Mustangs and Fast Fords Magazine that has girls on the frontpage isnt a magazine about mustangs then either? 

Half the girls on here are in GS shirts. lol

It’s a shame we got good people leaving this site because of these situations. This site is more about the people for me, if I got upset because of an on line car show than I need to evaluate some things. I have met some really great people on this site, who have helped me in more ways than I can express my appreciation, and that is the most important part, you have a great ride, as do most of the people on here in there own way. The people on here will never be able to appreciate any of these rides unless you see them in person, and im glad I get to see some of those rides (and beating them lol) in the next month at a great show. I was never accepted by the v8 crowd on here at first, and could of easy left. But like someone else said those people weed himself or herself out, and I have gotten just as many compliments from the 8 guys as I do anyone else. Stick with it and you will see it come full circle. Like I said before this is about the people and the opportunity to make, I think long and meaningful friendships, which I thought was never possible on the net

The way i see it... this thread has went way too far with the bashing on a member because he is upset and feels that he was not treated fairly.  This is about the love of the stang.. nothing else... i dont give an F about votes or friends or anything else... i come here to show what few mods i have on my car and hope i give someone an idea as well as get ideas.. 

I also feel it is not proper to remove bln just for voicing opinion... i would recommend doing an edit on the post, but still give the freedom of speach and opinion... No offense.. the site is great and will continue to get better, but there is no reason for EVERYONE to be so offensive... In my opinion we should all unite together and try to make friends with memebers and try to welcome members in rather then dog them when they have something bothering them and choose to leave....

I for one hope that cobrar93 comes back along with ANY other member that has ever left for one reason or another..
