Can someone please tell me why ford had a brain fart in 1999 an decided to NOT give the 99 cobras a rear bumper that says COBRA? Whereas all the sn95 cobras have it, as do every year after that (01-03-04). Just curious if anyone knows the reason (if any) behind it....
