My puppies:
I adopted both of these dogs in 2003 from Spindletop here in Houston. Jeffers was a stray that someone found and Athena was an abuse case.
Athena's story.
This was an abuse case so be warned that the pictures are not for the weak at heart. http://members.petfinder.org/~TX60/athena.html
Sunkist - She is a stray that I found in December of 05' at a friends house. She followed their kids home, was hungry, skinny, dirty, and talking up a storm. I couldn't leave her out there.
She has a funny habit of licking the tip of peoples noses.
It is really wierd to wake up to!!
Gizmo - I adopted Gizmo as a companion for Matteo b/c the female cats are the bitches of the house. Matteo tries to love on them and they swat at him. So now he has a friend. Gizmo was born 8/8/05
RIP Pharaoh - He was the best animal that I have ever seen! I adopted him in Sept. 05' and put him to sleep 1/12/06. The day after my birthday.
He had FIP which is a very terminal feline disease of which there is no cure. The last few days of his life he barely moved. But at 11:45pm on my birthday, he found the strength to jump up in bed w/ me where he used to sleep. It was as if he knew it would be his last night.
He will never be forgotten or replaced. The picture of him at the piano is now framed above the piano. We took that a week before we found out about the disease.
Like the cars, especially the cobra. My buddy has a black vette pushing 800 at the rear wheels with a turbo feeding a supercharger. Not a big fan of the bow-ties, but they are nice. As for the dogs, someone should shoot the guy that abused the terrier, that is soooo messed up. Glad you could save that beautiful animal.
