i got this car summer of 2000.i payed 5,000.00 and now have about 10,000.00 into it. i put 4:10 gears,B&M shift kit, and underdrive pullys.back in sep.2004 i found out that my car needed a new block. i had 150,000 miles on it,and it drove good but not strong. so i called some friends and got some stuff........

my short block......
A 3.4" stroke cast steel [nodular iron] crankshaft from EAGLE power engine parts, knife edged and lightened for higher horsepower and less windage, new 5140 forged EAGLE 5140 FORGED steel H beam rods, length 5.4" THESE have 190,000# bolts and are bushed for full floating pin.PROBE FORGED PISTONS flattop.40 over.PERFECT CIRCLE plasma moly rings CLEVITE rod and KING main bearings. i cant find my cam pic but i have a lunati 51017 the dur @.50 is 228 and the lift on both in and ex is .536.

I have performer heads with 2.02int. 1.60ex. valves, CNC ported on intake and stage 2 on the exhaust. There are crane 1.7 roller rockers. I have also have the stock intake ported.

the 347 in the car ! this was oct. 30,2004 ! there is a 1" spacer so the top intake can clear the tall valve covers.... i had to get the 3" mach 1 hood to hide it all. the paint is long beach blue. i am going to paint the rest of the car in the spring.

i got a nice fluidyne 2 core radiator. and we put a trany cooler with fan in the finder (where cold air intake would be)
and i got a c&l 76mm mass air meter set up for 38 lbs injectors. there is a bbk 255 lpr fuel pump in the tank.
