Swaped out my white gauge faces for the
Original 140mph gauge faces.

I took the old door panels apart and used them as template.  Easier said than done.  I reused the aluminum upper peices and the window sill molding.  Everything else was new.

The originals window sill moldings were stapled in.  I used small set screws then used a cut off wheel to shave the excess.  I also used the same typed screw and process to attach the fiber board to the aluminum.  The original peice was pressed and glued in.  I used 1/8 fiber board and used a Roto Zip rotery saw to cut out the peices and then a Dremel tool to smooth the edges.

Before Old door panel.                     After with new door panel

               Completed door panel

         Carpet was dyed black.

Hey folks, I was wondering if someone out there with an 88-93 Fox convertible could do me a favor.  I am looking for a picture of the of the ‘A’ pillar post window weather strip showing the weather strip and inside trim molding (the molding on the inside of the pillar post) and another detail picture of where the pillar post molding meets the door seal molding.  I am redoing this and need an example – my car was repaired long before I purchased it and they kind of did a ‘custom’ job on this area.  I want it to be right this time.

Thanks,

Tim
