525 rwhp. Many, many upgrades incul all suspension. Getting ready for T-trim and 80 shot of nitrous. Hoping for 765 rwhp.
Presently running new 99 block with 13 cc dished CP pistons, Eagle rods, Manley rings and bearings, ARP studs and bolts, Hi flow oil pump, Alittle head work (changed valve springs, retainers, and ground valve seats from half dollar size to dollar size) Vortech S trim with aftclr,Anderson Pwr. pipe, MSD-DS4 Ignition , 8 rib pulley set up , New fuel system Aeromotive 1000 fuel pump with boost sensitive reg. 10 micron and 100 micron filters, 1/2' steel braided fuel lines, 1/2" fuel rails, 48 lb. injectors. After market coil pacs,wires and plugs,new timing chains , tensioners,etc. (entire front upgraded.)
Mac long tube headers, Basani x member,Magnaflow mufflers.
Trimec T56 Cobra R 2000 tranny(Viper innerds),tubular k members, A frames Strange 12 pt. adjustable shocks and struts, Coil overs, upper and lower control arms,Boxed..,Sub frame connectors,6 pt. roll cage padded..., 800 HP Cavilar clutch 11" steel flywheel,410 Eaton posi with metal clutch pacs, 31 spline strange axels.
Knock off--racing seats Adjustable clutch quandrant,Tri ax shifter,Hawk Brakes....
All new rack and pinion ,alternator, all pumps ,
Gregs aluminum drive shaft.
Instaslled 4 deg. advance module in glove box(add can of Torco fuel accelator for 100 octane and pick up 25 additional HP.)
Now set up to up the HP.. maybe in the next month or so.
Recently god rid of 2 1/4" x pipe and exhausts (installed 3" X pipe ,Dynomax mufflers and 3" exhausts throughout)
Have pulled motor and replacing with new head gaskets(rather than O ring,special head gaskets)also porting new 99 heads, adding stage 3 Crower blower cams and valve springs( heads alone will add 100 additional rwhp ) Also going with Methanol water injection( good for another 50 rwhp) Now I have to install 60 lb. injectors and 90 mm mass air meter. Car should be complete in about 3 weeks. (head work being done in Texas)
With the 3" exhausts and head work I should be around 725 rwhp.
UPGRADES COMPLETE..NEW STAGE 2 CROWER BLOWER CAMS,BEEHIVE VALVE SPRINGS,TITANIUM RETAINERS,NEW 2001 INTAKE AND PORTED HEADS.
NEW T-TRIM, GOOD FOR 26 LBS. OF BOOST(BECAUSE OF PORTED HEADS, NEW 3" EXHAUST AND AFTERCOLLER,ONLY -PULLING 13.5 LBS. OF BOOST.) WAITING ON REMOVING THE AFTCLR AND INSTALLING METHANOL WATER INJECTION...CAR IS TOO RADICAL AS IT IS. STILL WE PULLED 635 RWHP AND 550 LBS. OF TORQUE.
UPING THE BOOST WITH DIFFERENT PULLEY TO ABOUT 18 LBS. REMOVING AFTCLR AND INSTALLING METHANOL WATER INJECTION , MECH. HAS ESTIMATED ABOUT 785 RWHP. WILL PROBABLY TUB AND RUN 10.5 MICKEY THOMPSON SLICKS....
RIGHT NOW WITH JUST 635 RWHP ,CAR IS GOING SIDEWAYS AT 75 MPH ON FWY.
Car now pulls 851 rwhp and 670rwtq running 75% meth to 25% distilled water dual injectors into throttle body.New Quick Time steel bell housing,Spec twin disc clutch rated at 1395 lb. tq,MGW shifter, New c-clip eliminators,drive shaft loop 1/2" rear wheel studs running 17 lbs boost on a M- race T-trim rated at 26 lbs boost. Ported heads 325 intake 244 exhaust eliminated aftclr altogether..meth is my cooling ageent and equivalent to 118 octane My only draw back is the 65 # Siemen Deka Hi Impedence injectors ..maxing out at 6900 rpm,s..Beefed the Trimec T-56 Cobra R with hardened gears and 26 spline input shaft A lot more ..I just don't have the build sheet Went to SCTxca2 Big air mass air,Manley Billet I beams, Manley rods with new forged crank..20% stronger and 18 % lighter than stock Cobra crank..etc,etc
