OMFG! What happened & why did the guy behind the wheel keep it going & going &... until it popped? That thing was screeming as it died poor thing. Just not right!

I am sure your car will be just fine on the dyno. It was built with your own 2 hands & you know how the saying goes...

"If you want something done right you have to do it yourself".

That guy evidently didn't go back and tighten his loose rocker like you did. lmao. You'll be fine. Just watch that little shift light.

Well atleast it was just a head gasket. He probably didnt know it blew until he heard it pop. Looked like he let off of it as soon as it did.

all I know is I'm watching my tail pipes closely next dyno run 

Reminds me of when I lifted a head 2 days out of a dyno day of my own. Good times. Made the dyno but shred my blower belt before the powr run. Got a drivability tune before that happened, though, thankfully. Good times...

Know that feelin ozz. We had a small nitrous explosion on my dads car(He forgot to turn his bottle off). Lifted one of the heads about 2" off the block, blew the whole top of the intake off, a hole about 2' diameter through the Harwood hood, and the headlight blew completely out. lol  That happened in the staging lanes. Dont ask me how,but the SOB started and he drove it back to the trailer. THATS why I love fox body's.

Oh, I forgot the butterfly inside the TB was completely folded in half too.

anyways, I'm pushing my dyno return back a little so I can retorque my head bolts after I install teh MSD box...and while I'm at it, check the rockers one more time.  

Is that some sort of "It cant be right" complex or something you have ? lmao  Can never be too careful...I guess. lol
