Turned the key and nothing happened... Nicole seemed to think that the neutral saftey switch was keeping it from starting or it wasnt in park. NO WAY was it my wiring job ... Sure enough i forgot to bolt the bracket up for the shifter cable, so it was in drive on the tranny.
Went to turn the key again, she turned over! But NO SPARK... wtf.. We traced it down to the coil pack having power, but the plugs werent firing...
3:30 AM, we figured out that the Crank Shaft Position Sensor was not plugged in, (there are 2 plugs)
Plugged that baby in and she started up!!! Very Rough Idle and even some wierd suttle backfire...
Later that morning (we took a 6 hour nap, lol) we tried to start her up again.... still a rough idle... come to find out, I switched plug wire 5 with plug wire 6 on the coil pack... WRONG FIRING ORDER
As of right now shes running good... a tad bit rough as I am fixing a vacuum leak on the custom upper!!!
