Memnoch & Igor

updated: Aug 12th 2007 @ 11:39 AM

Memnoch and his "older" Brother Igor

The '66 was my first car.  We bought it back in '72, when I was in High School.

I was told that I wouldn't need a car while in the Navy, so it went to my Mom.

I got it back in '96 after moving to Texas

Now I am in the process of finishing the restoration -- Paint, interior and engine clean up.
Adding a few Dealer installed options like: Factory dual exhaust, 4bbl and HiPo air cleaner, Air Conditioning.

Update:  full suspension finalized. With 3.5'' of cleance in the front and 4,25 in the rear this has turned into a much bigger project than i expected because now the car has superior suspenion to even a shelby or roush edition mustangs. I thought it was a mistage buying the new v6 but after doing some research i found that their is a lot of simalarities in the chassis, axle and front LCA. I aslo added the steeda front LCA's with the taller ball joints. I will be installing wilwood 6 piston front and 4 piston rear big brake kit in about 6 weeks. My only debate is upgrading to a twin turbo v6 including internals or swap out the motor and tranny and computer for a stock V8 with some bolt ons or say F*** it and pull the motor  and tranny and replace with nascar templated ford small block with 900 hp fully asperarted.
