Well, where should I begin?? My stang is a 1993 Mustang LX coupe. Currently its sporting a nice dent in the rear quarter panel by the gas tank. The paint is fading on the bumpers and corner caps on the front. It's not the best car, but it's fixin to enter restoration. It currently holds a 2.3 four cylinder motor. I cant complain though. That motor is running at about 155,000 miles right now, and I've never had issues with the motor. I've put a couple things under the hood to make it a little quicker, but it's just little things for now.
Current Mod's:
Flo-Pro muffler system
Fram Air Hog
FRPP perfromance plug wires
Like I said, little things, but makes it kinda speedy. It is soon to enter the body shop for the collision repair on the rear passenger side quarter panel. When it goes in for the repair, im gonna invest in a new paint job. I'm still up in the air on what color scheme I want, but I'm open to any suggestions (except black). After I get it from the body shop then it will be waiting for a new 302 C.I V-8 and a new manual tranny, probably a T-5. It's also getting a complete interior restoration. I'm possibly going with Corbeau Racing seats, rear seat delete kit, new center console, complete new carpeting system. Basically, when everything is complete with this car I want it to look like it just roled off the show-room floor.
I would really love some suggestion from everyone regarding, wheels, paint, hoods, exhaust, pretty much anything to make it sound and look good. When the weather clears up I will post some recent pictures of my car so everyone can see what I'm working with. It's been fun, and Im excited to be here on Got Stang!! Peace Out (for now)
