Got the factory heads off the turn key 3.8 this weekend and just hot bolted the heads from the S/C '94 3.8....perfect fit and now the intake fits like a glove. Here in the next couple of weeks hopefully I'll shop the s/c heads for a re-build and while there gone I'll clean up the engine in prep for the install!!

Got a question. Ok I've got the computer moduals for both the engines...which one should I go with and if I go with the '02 factory puter will I need to have it re-programed? Remember now that everything on the '02 below the heads is still factory.
