This is what it looked like in 1990 when I got the car
This is how it looked most of the time I owned the car, I somehow lost the original seats among my many moves so I had some from a 68 Mustang in it. (notice the inside of the drivers door was pink, it came from a Playboy Pink Mustang)
My wife and I pulled the glass out and the old headliner (complete with mouse holes) and gutted the car for the new stuff.
The original dash pad wasn't cracked so we pulled it and dyed it red, it had faded pretty bad and almost looked black...
The floorboards I had replaced all those years ago needed a little wire brushing before I primed them again.
The original gauges did not include a factory tachometer. I bought a 67 Cougar gauge pod that had a tach, modified my instrument panel to fit the tach, a 68 Mustang oil pressure gauge where the clock was and changed to white faces and red/orange bulb covers.
