New Seats -the next project

	462 Views I just bought these seats off ebay today they're from an 85 GT, which are rare and hard to find with the halo headrests. I have some black netted halo headrests now which I plan to use to imitate the flofits found in the fox saleens. I'll likely sell the gray ones which came with the seats. I plan to get these re-upolstered in black leather and cloth combo and re do the foam in the seat cushions- so they'll be better than new!! I'm estimating the final cost will be 1/2 the cost of cloth cobeau seats- and those don't have the halo's which look best in a fox body stang. It may take until next spring before I get these done...but omg I can't wait my existing driver seat has a lean in it..and it sucks; so not only will I get the better sporty look- but functionality too!

“” those are the Escort seats Nicole. the 85/86 gt seats have the adjustable leg extentions on them . the 86/86 GT seats are what i had until i bought the complete Saleen FloFit interior. good score on the seats. they have been forsale on ebay for a long long time & i considered picking tose up for my red 92 notch awhile back but plans w/ the notch have changed. i am on ebay everyday "checking inventory" LOL. i see any & everything that comes up w/ mustang & Saleen parts.

“” good job on the info find. so the 84 mustang is yet another option for the seats. my friends Escort GT he had when we were in school, which was all original had the same seats you bought including the same colors for the fabric. had matching rear seats too.
