The Dodge dealer puts them on the new Dodge Chargers. They look okay on the fox mustangs.

I could go either way with them on the Fox. It would sure help in the car show arena.

nicole if you want them i think vert doors rock on foxes i have an 88 gt im workin on well kinda its in illinois and im i south dakota.......lol  i plan on vert doors and they rock on fox bodies its kinda like a sleeper nos kit...nobody exspects it till it happens, then its like ahhhhhhh....

anothor cool fact about lamborghini is that all there cars are named after famous fighting bulls. there is a event held every year to celaberte it. You might know of it called "the running of the bulls" its held in CA.

now dont get me wrong, i have seem them look good on certain stangs, but mostly convertibles or with doors that dont have the frame around the window....99% mostly later model mustangs.  Unlike the black and yellow fox shown above....it just looks like to much and too awkward with the whole door. i dunno... jmho

i hear what you are saying & it is all about personal choices but that goes without saying. i am just not into verticle/lambo door BS. i am not impressed w/ it one bit & every stang i see w/ it i just flip to the next page or if in person i just walk by. once again, these are american muscle cars & yes they do screem rice. stang owners get no respect from me hacking up a mustang like that. let the Fast & Furious thing go already LOL. say it with me now: "We own American muscle cars, We own American muscle cars, We own American muscle cars :-)

Hahaha!  Steve Saleen has hotter models than the ricer manufacturers; he was dressing up Stangs before "sport compacts" were even called that and promoted  his brand for years without the help of any movie directors, so mystery solved... ricers actually WISH they had Saleens!  

 

saleen & ricer should never be used in the same sentence & if thats really how you feel then please, do not put the Saleen wing on either! dont even compare that kind of shit because its not even in the same league.  Saleen was doing this long before the term rice was out & put out their first car when i was 9 (1984). there seems to be great deal of younger people here & it shows on their cars LOL. fiberglass fenders & verticle doors & euro taillights, louvers on this & that. come on now. i will say it again, fast & furious sucked & a true stang owner wouldnt be taking that seriously. i will bow out of this now because i see where its heading. this is a younger stang owners site & for 31 years old, i feel like an old fart here LOL. the younger stang generation will continue to ruin the mustang name w/ all said parts until thay all look like imports. i will be reading along though & watching the carnage :-)

AmericanMetal, i understood your compliment to Saleen. i was just commenting on what Nicole said about her buying a Saleen wing & that being borderline ricey. ya know, i take mustangs very seriously & have all my life. i am all about the restoration & preservation of our beloved ponycar & it honestly brakes my heart to see what other do to them. those people should just sell their stang to someone who appreciates it & wont hack it up & just go buy the ricer that you really wanted LOL. please forgive me if i have upset anyone. its your car, hack away! :-(

Nicole, i am sorry. i wasnt trying to say you personally wanted a ricer. the people that was directed at know exactly who they are & once again, i am sorry, it wasnt directed at you. looks as though i have ruffled your feathers so to speak but i bet i got ya thinking good & hard about this door issue LOL. ya know, i think you & i have alot in common & our cars show that! just not the door thing LOL. if you decide to add rear discs & stay 4 lug i maybe selling my Turbo Coupe/93Cobra rear disc setup when i go to the Saleen/SVO setup. i maybe have a hook up for a set of 17" Stern 3 piece rims used on some fox Saleens & all the SA-10 Saleens.

oh yeah & Nicole, the Stern rims i mentioned are 5 lug. my current Saleen rims which are the DP rims (still rare) are 4 lug . the 5 lug version of the Saleen DP wheels was only offered on the 89 Saleen SSC & 90-91 Saleen SCs. i maybe selling the Saleen DP rims also so if anyone is or has made a Saleen clone & wants 4 lug Saleen rims, let me know! all of the center caps have the "S" logo for Saleen on them. happy Hollidays :-)

that Saleen wing you pictured is fugly LOL. i will find a pic of the 3 piece Sterns  put them on my website soon. the Saleen Sterns are very expensive fetching over 2000.00 a set because they are so rare. i have the supreme connections for Saleen foxbody parts :-) i am sorry for sounding hot headed. i just get excited sometimes LOL.

I think Lambo doors are great. If you want them I say go for it.
